Rhoda’s Filipino Cuisine is a food truck that travels all over the state, with their home-base in Stillwater.  Rhoda Hughes, the food truck’s 62-year-old owner, is proud to introduce Oklahomans to Filipino cuisine.

Josie’s Express – Cleveland, OK

While this restaurant is a little further out than the others (about an hour and 45 minute drive), it’s well worth the trip to come sample their Filipino and Mexican cuisine. I recommend trying the well cooked pork, fried chicken, and rolls at this restaurant.

The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. They are rated 4.5 stars on Google, so you can have confidence that they are well loved by those that visit this place.
