The Martin Park Nature Center is the perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There aren’t too many places in city limits where you feel like you’re in the middle of the country, but this park is one place you can go to connect with nature. The Martin Park Nature Center was created for the purpose of providing Oklahoma residents with an opportunity to learn more about nature.

In addition to promoting environmental stewardship, the Martin Park Nature Center also provides a place for people to enjoy the outdoors and experience all that nature has to offer.

I surprised my wife once with a picnic at this park. We found a quiet little cove in the woods, spread out a blanket, and enjoyed some charcuterie treats. It was peaceful and quite delightful. They also have picnic tables. So why not pack some sandwiches or Lunchables for the kids and enjoy lunch in the sunshine!
