This structure was the first skyscraper built in Oklahoma City, making it the tallest building in the entire state of Oklahoma at the time.

Its purpose originally served as an office building; but after renovations in 2006, it became a luxury boutique hotel that maintained its historic architecture and features. The modernized Colcord Hotel now offers 108 guest rooms and suites, a restaurant, a fitness center, and meeting/event spaces for its guests to enjoy.

Parking

Colcord Hotel does not offer on-site parking. The closest parking is at 15 North Robinson Avenue. However, they offer valet parking only with in and out privileges for $25 per night plus tax.
